MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The AIRSHAPE® mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by AIRSHAPE® (“AIRSHAPE®”, “we”, or “us”). By using this Service, you agree to these mobile terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to AIRSHAPE®’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of AIRSHAPE® through your mobile provider to the number you provided, even if your number is on a national or local Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Promotional messages may include offers, discounts, cart reminders, etc.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your participation is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider. Message frequency may vary. Contact your mobile provider for details. You are solely responsible for all message and data charges.

You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text STOP to AIRSHAPE or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any message. You will then receive a one-time confirmation text. No further messages will be sent unless requested. If you are subscribed to other AIRSHAPE® text programs, you must unsubscribe separately from each.

We reserve the right to change the short code or phone number used to send messages at any time. You acknowledge that messages sent to an old number, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we are not liable for such messages.
